TeenieThreads&Co. offers family and children's apparel, accessories, curated collections, and related products.

Many of our products are made to order. Product colors, placement, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on our website due to differences in screens, materials, printing processes, and manufacturing.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information and images accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

2. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you regarding available options.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order enters production.

We use third-party payment processors to process transactions. TeenieThreads&Co. does not directly store complete payment card information.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Because many TeenieThreads&Co. products are produced after an order is placed, production may begin shortly after checkout.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please review your order carefully, including product, size, color, quantity, shipping information, and any personalization, before completing your purchase.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Replacements

Our products are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect color selection
Incorrect quantity ordered
Buyer’s remorse

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

8. Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Intellectual Property

All original TeenieThreads&Co. branding, logos, graphics, designs, written content, photographs, illustrations, product concepts, and other original materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to TeenieThreads&Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use TeenieThreads&Co. intellectual property without written permission.

This includes our brand name, logo, mascot, original artwork, designs, and other proprietary brand materials.

10. User-Submitted Content

If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, feedback, or other content to TeenieThreads&Co., you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

By submitting content, you grant TeenieThreads&Co. permission to use it for purposes related to operating, promoting, or improving the business, subject to applicable law.
